Child Support Relief for Non Father

by Administrator 11. August 2009 01:24

A Georgia man has been relieved of an obligation to pay $10,000 in child support to a child who is not his. The 50 year old man was jailed for 13 months but was released in July.

In 1989, the man was ordered to make payments, but a DNA test in 2000 proved that he was not the father. His case has been closed by the Office of Child Support Services since his release.

If you are paying child support that you shouldn't be, contact the Raleigh child support lawyers of Marshall & Taylor, PC at 919-833-1040.
