Last Thursday evening, a California Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, Ezequiel Garcia, shot Kevin Kozak, his superior officer, six times.

The shooting was said to be incited from an argument during Garcia’s performance counseling.  Fortunately, Kozak is in stable condition.  Garcia was shot and killed by a third officer nearby.  It was stated by Garcia’s wife that they were considering divorce after 14 years of marriage.  She believes that Garcia’s actions could be related to the pending divorce.

Reality star Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries were wed in August, and a short 72 days later, Kardashian filed for divorce at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.

Irreconcilable differences were cited as the reason, and Kardashian stated, “I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don’t work out as planned.”

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement, and their assets will be divided accordingly. Kardashian requested that Humphries be denied spousal support.
