Holly G. Morris

Holly attended University of North Carolina Asheville where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then attended Elon University School of Law where she graduated cum laude and was the recipient of the David Gergen Award for Leadership and Professionalism. She was the President of the Women’s Law Association and represented Elon Law as a member of the moot court team in the John Marshall International Moot Court Competition.

Holly’s desire to move from a large, corporate firm to a small, boutique firm came to fruition in 2011 when she decided to practice family law and join the Marshall & Taylor team. Holly takes great pleasure in working directly with clients and advising them on family law matters. Legal issues are always complex, but Holly will take time to ensure that each client understands the complexities involved. She will serve as your advocate and will work closely with you to obtain the best outcome for your life, whether it is through mediation or through litigation.

Holly is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association and 10th Judicial District Bar. In her spare time, Holly enjoys travelling, outdoor activities and spending time with her friends and family.
