Jeffrey E. Marshall
Jeffrey Marshall was born in New York and received his B.A. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University at Buffalo and received his J.D. degree with honors from the Capital University in 1996 where he was a member of the Order of the Curia.
Mr. Marshall’s practice is limited to family law arbitration, mediation and litigation in Wake County and throughout North Carolina as well as select criminal matters. He is currently a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, North Carolina Bar and Wake County Bar Association. Mr. Marshall is admitted to practice in all state courts and the federal district court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Mr. Marshall is a recognized authority on North Carolina family law and is frequently contacted by the media for his opinions and observations. He was interviewed by UNC TV for programs that aired June 20th and June 22, 2003. Additional interviews include an interview and quotes in the Raleigh News & Observer on July 1, 2003 and an NBC-17 segment on “Internet Affairs.”
Mr. Marshall originally founded The Marshall Law Firm and in 1997 and co-founded Marshall & Taylor in 2002.
